As humans, we all adopt the instinctive survival strategies of Fight, Flight, Freeze and Fawn when faced with stressful situations. You probably do all of these at some point.

Your predominant Stress Response is FIGHT

You might roar at your kids on a regular basis but, since we try hard to be loving to our kids, this energy can often come out sideways as critical remarks disguised as “teaching” or shaming our children’s behaviour in an attempt to get them to stop - before we REALLY blow.

The really good news is there is a way out of this cycle!

What our Relieved Parents are Saying

Sarah L

“After almost 15 months E is finally able to put P down for naps and night without me! I don’t have words to express the feeling of freedom I got! She also sleeps through the night pretty consistently which is amazing too! We thought we would just have one child but in the last few weeks things were so amazing and we felt so empowered that we thought we would maybe have a second baby!”

“I have been able to really let go and play with my children with such lightness and freedom - and also to work on issues with an amazing clarity of mind. You have helped me see glimpses of the best version of myself and I am so very grateful. I have been able to come to terms with many aspects of my past and our home is happier and more relaxed! You should be on the NHS prescription list!”

“The course has been amazing. All the other parenting courses I’ve done have been so cerebral and this was so simple and just made sense. My husband says he sees me relating differently to my children. I’m being more ME, more authentic and more respectful. I believe the more people who know about these tools and use them, the better for all our children and our world!”
