These calls are an opportunity to be coached by me at a really reasonable rate - and to get a taste of how I work 1-1. I bring my 1,000s of hours of experience to support you to melt your internal obstacles at source - and access the wisdom that is already within you.
You'll also get to meet my sister Vee - who holds the other Deep Work group and brings her own lineage of experience in embodiment, somatic regulation and trauma awareness. If you're lucky you might get coached by her too!
